Christmas break Hotels offer

Dear friends,
I am planning to go somewhere in Ireland for the Christhmas break, but unfortunately it is too late, the most offers are booked and sold already.
Could you recommend me any nice hotel or B&B preferably in Donegal, Galway or somewhere alse to spend Chrismas time, please
