I've been having problems with the signal from my Chorus box over the last couple of months. Some channels are coming over fine and others are very pixilated and stuttery. If I put the box on it's side it does improve things a little. I have tried 2 different scart cables to see if this was the problem but it hasn't improved things.
Has anyone else had this problem?
Is it linked to the new card that was sent out to customers recently?
Have a look at the connection coming into the house, should be a three way plug thing (make sure the input cable has the cable in cord) - we had the same problem for 2 years - the orginal NTL guy connected the receiver the wrong way around. Guy who eventually came out to fix it said he spends his days re-working original connections.
