We cancelled our chorus digital service in July. They came out and removed the box. One piece of advice I received here was to cancel your direct debit (if you have one) immediately. You have to give a month's notice to cancel the service so for us that took us half way into the next month so I cancelled the DD after July was paid for. Good job too as they tried to take the full amount for August. I rang up and explained that we'd given notice to cancel and then they patched me through to cancellations who arranged a time to come out and disconnect and pick up the equipment and then I got a bill for the half moth which I paid in the post office. I can only imagine that getting the half month's fee refunded wouldn't have been easy.
