Are you really sure you want to buy a Dell monitor? I am speaking as someone who has had two monitors fail in the past 2 years, needless to say outside the warranty period. Dell customer support was no help despite my being a (former) lifelong customer with them. Their Customer Support problems are well known, but now that their quality is down the tubes as well, it may be wise to look elsewhere.
(On a personal note, it may be that the only compensation I get out of Dell is to deny them a sale, but at least there will be some small satisfaction in that!!!)
