Have just received an information pack on the chintsa bay villas in South Africa from NSP international (www.nspinternational.com) they are offering villas at a very good discount price with the option of paying 20% deposit and then resale before the remainder of the monies have to be paid, not only that, but they also guarantee they will refund your full deposit when you come to sell should the villas have depreciated in value.
This offer seems to good to be true (and they normally are!!!) but after scanning through I have yet to find the catch....
Does anyone else know anythiing about this build or maybe something about NSP that I'm missing??
