Chinese/ English speaker looking for career options

We have near neighbours who have their own catering business. They are from Malaysia - mid 30s and have no formal education- having left school early teens. However, they are fluent in English, Cantonese and underrstand Mandarin and are business savy, etc

Given China's vice-president Xi Jinping visit here and focus on opportunities between Ireland- China- Asia- EU, I think both are well placed to take advantage of future opportunities, albeit with some appropriate training in business/ marketing/ accountancy.

Any suggestions/ advice...
 
Unless they have knowledge and experience of operating a buiness in China, and the procederes involved in setting up multi-national ventures, I think what they can offer of value may be limited to providing translation assistance.
