Chimney issue - which tradesman?

Hi
I have just gotten my chimney cleaned. The guy that cleaned said there seems to be an issue as 3/4 of the way up the chimney it narrows and he cannot get his brush to fit through . He doesn't think something is stuck there as He would be able to remove it with the brush .
He advised he has been telling my partner of this issue for the past few years when he came to clean ( today is the first time I was here for him) .

House built in 2006 , no obvious issues with the fire , I do recall not long after we moved in the couple 2 doors up had their chimney collapse .

Now panicked !!

Anybody know who I would call ie engineer ,builder etc

Most chimney cleaners these days can drop down a camera. Does he have one.

There's heaps of chimney specialists in the Golden pages.
The parents got a brilliant rebuilding job done on a very old chimney by a guy from the Golden pages. And it happened to be covered by insurance.
