Children in front seat of car

so basically over 3 but they must be in a booster seat if under 150cm and less than 36kg
If over 12 regardless of weight they do not need booster

Its safer if the child/person is fits well in the seat and secure the seat belts

Thanks for clearing that one up, its not ideal to have children in front but with car pooling for school runs/collections, it makes a big difference when you can put one more in.

WHy would children sitting in the front be more at risk than children in the back?
