Children in Berlin

I have to go to Berlin for a days work and am going to go with my partner and two boys aged 10 and 7 and spend three extra days in the city. I have never been to Berlin before and was wondering if anyone has any ideas what is to do for children in the city.

They love lego and want to go to legoland. Any other ideas would be greatly appreciated.
