child review of holiday (irish independent?)

Looking for details of where a child can send in a handwritten piece with two photos of the holiday. I think its the Irish Independent but could be another paper.

I know its on the web somewhere but cant find it.

Anyone have details of it, please.

She entered last march and would like to enter again. Thanks.

I've seen the article, and I *think* it's the indo...but not sure.
It's definitely not any tabloid...
