Hi! All, I have 2 kids with my ex who was Court ordered to pay maintenance e800 p.m. plus school costs - he has a very good job, roughly e120,000 per year but lives up to every penney. He now has a 3 year old with new partner who is a stay at home mum.
This year the school costs are roughly 1,500 including 'voluntary' school contributions. I have been mentioning the costs to him since early June. Now I have bought all the necessaries and presented him with the bill, he says he cannot pay - I only work part-time.
Any comments/advice as to how to handle this. My concern also is that if this is the way things are going to be going forward, I will need to return to work full-time - and that will be difficult in this climate.
