child maintenance

hi just wondering if anyone can help me? i recently broke up wit my partner we have a 2 year old he is on jobseekers allowance at the moment does he still have to pay maintanence and how much??any advice is much appreicated.

Yes he still has to pay child maintenance.

How much depends on the needs of the child and his own expenses.
