Just a warning to check your mobile bills.
Ive just changed over from bill pay to ready to go.
I topped up by 20 euro and now get texts to any network for "free" so to speak.
However this morning I made one call and all I said on the call was..
Im outside now,then we said ok bye.
I checked my balance and 1.42 was taken from my account!
ON the website they had that call at 4 minutes and 54 seconds.
I just phoned them to dispute it,they say its possible I didnt hang up!Doubt that,but they have given me back 2e credit.
Not sure if this should be in consumer issues or phone/broadband etc,but hope this is correct forum.
Just as a side note, I am having a few problems with Meteor and Bill Pay, etc
Anyone know of an address I can write to above customer service, like one of the head honchos? When I call customer care, I seem to only get speaking to people that don't understand me and what I am trying to tell them.

i've had nothing but problems with meteor..they actually suspended my account because their staff didn't allocate my payment off my account and the bill was showing overdue... i sent a letter of complaint to their address in citywest..they still said i didn't pay on time, they didn't read my letter very well. so i sent another one, and i'm still waiting on a response, weeks ago now, they are a joke.
you may end up wasting the price of a stamp..use you feet instead maybe
