Cheapest way to change Sterling to Euro

I'll shortly have to change a substantial amount of sterling to euro, i've no UK bank account. Any thoughts on what is the best way get a sterling cheque in to my Irish bank account without being fleeced!?

I came across "irelandfx.com" just from looking around the net, has anybody had any dealings with them ?

Also any thoughts on the prospects for sterling v euro ? it tipped 1.20 yesterday ... i'm wondering would it be worth my while opening a uk or sterling account and holding on to it for a while longer?

Think transfermate.com in dublin would convert a cheque for you but not sure. Papers over the weekend hinted at sterling hitting .78 or going as low as .70 but all speculation, hard to know the outcome when you cant see the hand about to be dealt
