Fingal Coco have have handed over the waste collection to Panda,the collection price for 2012 remains frozen at the Councils old rate @ e110 pa & e8 a black bin lift.

Is there another provider offering a cheaper service?Obviously I will ring around the usual suspects but do not ant to miss out on a cheaper option as I don't want to pay a cent more than I have to for this bill.
