cheapest landline/broadband and tv connection

hi, i want to find out the cheapest all-in broadband/digital tv/ landline package?? anyone using that company advertising at the moment?called home vision ? thanks everyone-

NTL - broadband/digital tv/ landline package all for 44 euro a month. Dealing with then on the phone is a nightmare but decent price
