Cheapest Energy Provider for Small Business/Office

I was trying to navigate my way around some of the main energy providers websites but they don't seem very transparent re pricing and was just wondering if anybody knows who generally is the cheapest energy provider for a small business/office with relatively low energy requirements.

Our ESB bill is approx 30k per annum, I've studied the tariffs and find they're nearly all the same, the way to save is to keep jumping suppliers when your contract ends, they'll put you on a special offer rates to get your business but when the offer lapses they put you on regular tariffs and you basically fund the new business offers, so always keep a note of your renewal date and then sabre rattle!
