Cheapest DSL Broadband

Hi
Does anyone know what the cheapest DSL broadband package, including line rental and an always on connection is??
Is there any package out there for less than €30?? Ideally it would be 512K+ download and not too bothered about upload.
Am I asking for too much here??
Any help appreciated. I live in Clane area and I don't seem to have any choice regarding wireless either for a respectable fee.

Hi Ballyman,
I just signed up for Imagine alway on package, €9.99 for 1Mb DL
and 128K UL & 12GB DL limit. not bad, I think line rental is about €17.99 inc VAT.
Total bill should be no more than €28.
I think the best BB of all is www.irishbroadband.ie €18.95+

It might be the cheapest but I doubt many of their customers would call it the best, boards.ie's broadband forum is full of complaints about the quality of their service.
