cheap place to stay in lisbon / cheap holiday

Does anyone know of a dirt cheap but decent place for a couple in Lisbon?
Or any ideas for a cheap holiday involving some sun? We are thinking of a last minute package deal as it's probably the cheapest way to get two weeks, but would prefer not to go too resorty if possible. Any ideas appreciated.
