Cheap mobile calls from a landline

Hi, I've been using Telestunt to make calls to mobile numbers from home for 15c pm.
The problem is that there is a horrible echo so I want to use someone else. Any recommendations?
 
I could get an awful giving-out-to for bumping my own post but someone must know a decent number. Surely.

16.5c~17c/min ain't too bad.

But be warned, if you use the 1520/1530 Telestunt prefixes, Euphony surcharges by about 90% (as I found out only when I got their first bill... )

zefone best value in Ireland??? Having looked at their website and their "free calls" plans am I missing something? They seem to be charging for what UTV gives for free i.e free local and national calls off peak end of story.

As I say, am I missing something here?
