Anyone know of where to get good car and home insurance at a good price, not a rip off price like many places?

But they are absolutely awful and will put you through hell if you have a claim.
Just because something is cheap does not mean it is any good
 
I guess it all depends on your profile as to which company will provide a competitive quote. For car, I got a good quote off britton brokers this year.
