Cheap Flat Screen Monitor

Anyone know where the best place would be to look for a cheap flat screen monitor for my PC (either new or used). I am not looking for a massive 17 or 19 inch thing, just and ordinary flat screen that works fine. I dont want to spend a fortune as the CRT one I have is fine but wouldn't mind the extra room on my desk.
