Hi Folks,
I am involved in an organisation which has applied for charitable status and is considering employing somebody - we considered using a contracter but believe the Revenue will classify the individual as an employee regardless.
Does anybody know what the reporting requirements are for a charitable organisation? Does the tax exemption stretch to employers PRSI? Will an audit be required?(minimal turnover)
I would appreciate any comments/advice you may have!
