silly question maybe, could u not have amended your policy, even change of address on line? alot of insurance companies charge admin fees for the most little of tasks, but never tell u, u can do it online!! some u ask for a client ID number, that u can get free over the phone, then go online! i do everything online, and if u do it on line and there is a problem, u can ring them ask them to do it manually, and refuse to pay the charge as it was online that didnt accept the change!
