Hello,
I was wondering, what sort of fees are people paying for their Personal Retirement Bonds and in return, what sort of services are they getting ?
I am paying 1% pa plus vat on the value of my fund, as a management fee. This gets me direct access to the people, plus a good online service. I appear to have a very good range of investment options from numerous well known ETFs etc. (although I've gone for "passive" management, rather than taking an active role in the investment selection process myself - which would have cost a higher fee (1.25% pa)).
Thereafter, the only charges are costs relating to specific investments within the fund (i.e. if I'm invested in a Vanguard fund, then whatever the Vanguard entry charges are etc.).
So, how does this compare to what other people are paying and what the get in return ?
Many thanks.
