Chapelizod Apartments

Does anyone have any experience of any of the following apartments in Chapelizod:


1. The Island
2. The Moorings
3. Mill Race
4. Knockmaree
5. The Steeples
6. Mill Race
7. Northcliff
8. Pohenix View
9. Chapel View
10. St Laurence's Glen
11. The Salmon Pool

Any other apartments that would be suitable for a FTB looking for a 2 bed to live in?

Used to live in Knockmaree. Liked the apartment, loved the area. One thing about the apartments though was the sound insulation between units was terrible, you could hear everything.

Nearly bought an apartment in the steeples about 4 years ago but pulled out on the advice of my solicitor. The finish was terrible but the price cheap. Apparently the apartment block I was going to buy into weren't covered by homebond.

I've been in a few of the townhouses in the Millrace and they are very nice. I agree that it's a great location.
