Changing value of Standing order on BOI 365

I recently had occasion to change value ( or should i say the amount payable) on a standing order on 365 online .A very simple process ,went through this process and changed the amount payable monthly.Can you imagine my surprise when checking my statement that the old amount is still payed to this standing order.If this facility is available online surley BOI should honour any changes made by the Account holder.
 
I have changed the amount on my Ulster Bank online banking and had no problem with it. Are you sure you followed the whole process through to the end? As in, confirmed the amount you had entered was the amount submitted? Give 365 a call and see what the story is, as the amount should have been honoured if you completed it properly.
 
Perhaps the change wasn't made in time for this month's payment? Definitely worth giving 365 or your own branch a call to verify that the change has gone through.
