Changing PRSI Class

I was just wondering if anyone knows whether or not it is possible to change from class D to class A PRSI? Thanks

Class D suggests that you're in the public/civil service and were employed there prior to 6 April 1995.

My understanding is this class would change if you were to leave your job and take up a new position either in the private sector or as a new employee in the public/civil service. I don't believe that it's possible to request a change.

I would agree with this, you cant request to change.
