hi, i recently finally received a medical card for myself and also one for my 3 year old son. I am very happy to continue staying with my current doctor however while I was waiting for medical card i had reason to bring my son to the doctors and went to a different but more local surgery and got him registered there. my question is as we both have our own cards can i request that i get his medical card issued with his new doctors detail while keeping my own one with the old doctor so i will be with doctor A and he with doctor B. and if i can how do i go about making the changes?
