Changing language on Win 10 laptop

A friend asked me to fix their laptop, which I can do, its just a minor issue.
However the language is set to Polish.
What is the setting to change it to English?

1. Click the Start menu and select Settings.
2. Select Time & Language.
3. Select Region & language and click Add a language.
4. Locate and click on the language you want to use.
5. Choose your language and click Options then click Download to install the language pack and keyboard.
