Changing from SIngle glaze to double glaze

Hi guys thinking of changing windows from single to double. Has any one tried to double glaze their existing frames and was it successful.
I came across a company called Genesis in the Cork Echo who offer to replace 7 windows of any size for €2930 any one have any experience of them or alternative suppliers in the Cork area

I got 12 windows done in Cork but not with Genesis...excellent job done....PM me for details
