Changing from Imagine to Gaelic telecom

Is there any legal reason why I'm having difficulty doing this.I know they're the same company but surely I'm entitled to change over and get the benefits,give the benefits to my Club etc?Has anyone else changed from Imagine to Gaelic telecom?

I thought it was entirely the same company. I signed up with Gaelic, identified the club I wanted my 15% to go to, and all my bills come from Imagine. So I don't know why you'd have problems. Something in the finer details of your agreement perhaps?
