Hi,
I have been informed (while still on maternity leave) that my position has been reduced a number of days per week. This was decided without any discussion with me. So i would return to a reduced week, not my original hours.
Isn't this against the maternity rights act? My contract has no start or end dates on it nor mentions any clauses about why it would end or become reduced in hours.
So what are my legal entitlements here?
And does anyone know how much jobseekers benefit i can claim for 3 days?
