will be changing to a new computer but i want to keep the same isp (eircom landline) .when i first installed the isp startup disk on my computer a couple of years ago i had to get help from their customer service/it guy to get it working(think it was on their end the problem existed not sure though could have been me ).bit of a headache setting it up either way
will be installing the eircom startup disk on the new computer.
what i need to know will i need to contact their it guys again with the same problem or will the software be automatically recognized (software connections email , ip protocals and all that jargon by their server with no imput from my end igven that it has already been setup on current computer
