Hi have my car 2 years under the Disabled drivers and passengers scheme and am shopping around looking for prices on changing over.
Originally it cost me 3k but that included the price of the adaption which was nearly 2k. I traded in a 2 year old car.
However now I'm being quoted the same price just to change even though I already have the adaption. I have a Ford Focus, alloys, bluetooth, metallac. Low mileage, spotless condition that is going to be traded in. I would have thought that a new car less vrt and vat would be nearly the same as the 2 year old car?
Also I'm thinking of an estate version. I have the hatchback. Will an estate loose a lot more value than a hatchback over the next 2 years?
