Changing brake pads on an Avensis 03 model

Hi all,
Just wondering does anyone know of a site where you can get a detailed description on how to change the front and rear pads of a 03 Avensis. I have googled it but the sites seem to be american.

Here is a link to an Irish site listing how to change the front discs and pads....

From recollection changing the rear is much the same except for needing a "Wind back tool" as the handbrake is used on the rear.
