Changes to one parent family?

Ok hi all my first time posting,i got a letter in the post today telling me my payment for my son will stop in july,im a single dad of 2 kids,but my eldest is in collage,no as far as i know i go onto job seekers when this changeover happen,but my question is this,what options does anyone know do i have,or am i giving,ill sure as hell realy miss that deduction in my money.now id jump at any part time work,or a course but here where im stumped,i dont have a minder for kid,so my times during the day are from 930 to 2 oclock when hes at school?any information on all this will be most helpful,and thanks in advance.
 
What payment will stop?
hi bronte,it says the one parent family will stop,ill be moved to another type of payment,the money for my son is cut from payment,its not just at me but across the board with one parent familys..im just wondering what payment do they put you on,and what amount do you loose etc

jimmyjimmy - what age is your youngest? I thought these changes happened when your youngest became 7 years of age
stephnyc hi,my lad is 11,so changes for him come into place in july.yeah i have looked it over and what it means is one parent family well thats gone,there for every one should be looking for work,ill take that hands down,they say courses in place and so on,its just id imagine people with a few kids would have trouble in the area of getting them minded out side of school hours,then ya have the summer..cheers for the link,most helpful
