Changes (material only) to planning permission

Hi

We will hopefully be granted planning permission next week: But if there were changes I wanted to make to the materials specified would I have to resubmit an entire application?

Eg. roof material is on planning application is aluminium but if I wished to change this to a single ply membrane?

There may be a couple more similar alterations

Depends on the nature of the changes.
You need to discuss these changes with your agent to determine if the contradict the planning.

Condition No. 1 will state that it is constructed in accordance with the plans and particulars lodged so some will not allow any material changes.
