Vodafone (mobile) are changing some terms & conditions of their contracts (increased charges for bundles on legacy price plans).
European legislation allows a consumer to opt out of their contract without penalty within 30 days of Vodafone issuing a notice to change the T&Cs, if they do not accept the change.
