OP You're throwing out bits and pieces in your posts. You'd get better responses if you were clearer about the situation. e.g I am a beneficiary in my late parent's estate. My sisters are the executors. They have instructed a solicitor. Probate has/ has not issued. I am aware that property in the estate has been vested in X, who pre-deceased the deceased. This was done before/after Probate? You seem to be suggesting that the solicitor is up to no good. Perhaps that is the case. Perhaps everything is entirely above board and the solicitor is acting on the instructions of the executors? mf
