I purchased a second property in 2004 and subsequently sold it 12 months later at a profit of circa 20k. My 17 year old son and I lived in the new property for this period as my wife and I were going through a trial seperation (now back together).
What CGT have I to pay?

"A gain on the disposal of a principal private residence may also be exempt where the house had been used as the sole residence of a Dependent Relative."
