Can anyone tell me if its possible to submit a form CG1 (CGT Return) online? Its for a PAYE person with no self employed income and i dont want to go through the hassle of registering them as self employed. I understand i could file a manual return but was wondering if this could be done on ros?
 
Complete Form CG1 on paper. Very easy and straightforward if you have already done your CGT calculations.

Returns filed on ROS can be paid with a credit card / laser card but since a CGT return can only be filed online as part of a Form 11 I don't believe that a stand alone CGT return can be paid in that manner. However if in doubt contact your local Revenue information at the contact locator on www.revenue.ie
