cgt - offsetting loss against gain

I have three investment properties. Two are worth more than I bought them for and one has dropped in value since purchase.
I have to sell all three.
If I sell the house that has lost value since purchase first can I offset this against the cgt on the two houses that are worth more than when purchased thus reducing the amount of cgt that I'm liable for?
All info much appreciated.

You can offset previously incurred capital losses on the disposal of any capital asset against subsequent gains on the disposal of other capital assets. Such losses can be carried forward indefinitely.
