Cessation of Business - RBN3

Hi, I registered a business name last year, but I never actually went ahead with the business. I never registered for tax etc as I never started trading. To close this, do I just need to fill in an RBN3? Does anyone know, are there any other implications for me?

Yes, just file a RBN3 and no, if you never traded then you've no other obligations AFAIK.
