Certified/registered electrician in Dublin

Can anyone recommend a good and cost effective electrician? I'm in Dublin 6 but I presume anyone from the greater Dublin region would travel. Needs to be certified/registered as the project entails liaising with ESB to get system connected to ESB meter. Thanks.

Have used A Spark Electrical in the past and had no problems and he is certified
