i read a small book called How to Banish Celluite forever by Liz Hodgkinson... its very good... i have tried and tested what they advised in the book and i have to say it works... needless to say, i have lapsed into my old ways and the old celluite has come back :( however it should be easy to maintain once you have lost it... its really down to diet, drinking lots of water and dry skin brushing.... i would recommend you read it... its cheap, and will save you a mint on beauticians....

I had this book years ago and found it brilliant - everything made so much sense. Anyway I bought it again last week on Amazon cause I need a refresher! I'd highly recommend it. Bought it for like a fiver..
 
lots of fruit and veg.... cut out dairy for 2 weeks, drink lots of water, dry brush before you have a shower, and massage after if you have time.... the book is great, i have read it twice, and both times, i lost the celluite... i need to read it again..as i have been up to my bad habits again... it really is simple and as eviecarwash said, it really makes sense..... buy the book....and save yourself a fortune in beauticians... you will still have to diet even going to beauticians as massage alone is not enough
