Celbridge to Sandyford Commute

How long would commute take by car on average morning and evening ?

What times would you need to be leaving at to avoid peak times - both before traffic build up starts and after it ends morning and evning

What route is best to take - m50 or back roads - if back roads what is best route

leave before 6:30...go M4/N4 to M50 and take your exit that applies to you at Sandyford

I drove the M50 the other day from Red Cow to airport and it looks like the 3 lanes are open North bound so its moving along nicely
