To be honest you wont get that much in Celbridge for 350k as prices have shot up in the past few months, areas this would get a 3 bed would really be the Walled Gardens and Cherrywood in Castletown which although nice areas in a good location to village result in smaller houses - they are starting at approx 320 ish now and going about 10-15k over guide.
Willowbrook and Thornhill/castlevillage might just come in around that price though probably closer to 360ish.
There arent any bad areas really in Celbridge although St Patricks park while its closer to the main street MIGHT be considered to be less desirable.
