CE Scheme, double child payment to lone parent.

Has the decision to abolish double payment to lone parents on CE Schemes been reversed by Joan Burton after yesterdeay's announcement?
 
What announcement? As far as I know the double payment changes remain set to be implemented.

This week will see a reduction in CE payments for lone parents to 208 Euro, with no increase payable for dependent children. This should result in a slight increase to their One Parent Family Payment.

Those starting CE schemes from 1st January will not receive social welfare payment along with their CE payment at all.
 
Thank you, I was asked about this by two lone parents, one was told they would get the increase as usual as funds were being made available in March, the other simply wasn't sure whether there was a Uturn or not. Apparently Joan Burton made a statement last week saying funds were available but I am not sure whether this applied to training grants etc.
