I'm not sure if this belongs in this section, but it is a rant!
I cannot believe that in the current economic climate there is an embargo on Community Employment places. Surely it makes sense to have an expansion of the scheme rather than an embargo.
I would imagine the Govt are looking at more effective schemes. I think a lot of people just drifted on in Community Employment and began to look on it as a long term thing.
